At DigitallyMania, we deliver expert digital marketing services through monthly service plans designed specifically for local businesses. This policy explains how and when services are initiated, managed, and executed under our pre-packaged and custom service agreements.
1. Service Model & Timeline
DigitallyMania operates on a monthly delivery cycle as part of our 3 to 6-month marketing agreements. Services are delivered in recurring phases, not as one-time packages.
Pre-Packaged Plans
- Services commence within 3 to 5 business days after:
- Full payment is received, and
- The onboarding form or client brief is completed.
- Each month includes a set of defined deliverables depending on the plan selected (e.g., SEO tasks, ad campaigns, content creation, social media management, etc.).
Custom Plans (via Get a Quote Form)
- After proposal approval and onboarding completion, custom services begin within 5 to 7 business days.
- Specific delivery timelines and monthly outputs are defined during onboarding based on your business needs.
⏱ Note: Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Service delivery is continuous throughout the agreement period unless otherwise paused or cancelled after the initial 3-month term.
2. Onboarding & Requirements
To begin service, we require:
- A completed onboarding form
- Access to relevant accounts and platforms (e.g., website, social media, ad accounts)
- Any requested brand assets or content
Delays in providing this information will impact service start time.
3. Monthly Reporting & Deliverables
Clients receive:
- Monthly performance reports
- Summaries of completed tasks
- Adjusted strategies based on campaign performance and business goals
You will be kept in the loop throughout your service period with consistent communication and live chat support.
4. Communication Channels
All project communication and delivery updates are made via:
- Email (registered during signup)
- Live Chat on our website
- Scheduled client check-ins (if applicable)
Finalized digital assets (e.g., designs, content) are delivered through cloud-based links (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox).
5. Project Delays
DigitallyMania is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late or incomplete client responses
- Missing access credentials or materials
- External platform issues or technical disruptions beyond our control
